Public Hearing – GK Congers LLC – Oct. 21, 2025

Please be advised that the Rockland IDA will be holding a Public Hearing for GK Congers LLC, who has applied for IDA benefits in the way of Sales Tax Exemption, Mortgage Recording Tax Exemption and a PILOT.  The hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, 10:30 am, at the Rockland IDA Office, 254 S. Main St., Suite 410, New City, NY 10956.  This hearing is open to the public and any and all are welcome to attend. The hearing will also be available to view via livestream on our Rockland IDA YouTube channel.
